Who we teach
Every level, one patient approach

Nervous first-timers
Your first fifteen minutes are in an empty lot. Nobody is behind you, and the instructor has a brake pedal too.
How we teachTeens and their parents
The 24 classroom hours and 8 behind-the-wheel hours Ohio asks of drivers under 18, plus help logging the 50 practice hours at home.
Teen driver’s edAdults who never learned
Plenty of people in their 30s, 40s and 60s start with us. Lessons fit around work: evenings until 8 pm and all day Saturday.
Lessons & pricesNew to driving in the US
Licensed abroad and facing an Ohio road test? We teach the local rules that catch people out: four-way stops, right on red, school buses.
Road test prepCareer changers
A Class A CDL in four weeks full-time or eight weeks of evenings, with help finding an employer to sponsor it.
Trucks & CDLDrivers stepping up
Just bought a three-row SUV, a sports car or a motorcycle? Learn its limits with a coach, before you find them alone.
Track & performance
The fleet
32 vehicles, and every learner car has a second brake
Learners drive dual-control automatic sedans: BMW M340i, Mercedes-Benz C 300, Audi S4, Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing, Lexus IS 350 F Sport and Genesis G70. For stick shift, a Ford Mustang GT or Acura Integra A-Spec with a six-speed manual. A manual lesson costs $10 more an hour, because the clutch takes a toll on the car.
Licensed drivers can book a Cadillac Escalade, BMW X7 M50i, Mercedes-AMG G 63 or Ford Bronco Raptor for SUV sessions, and Porsche, BMW M and AMG cars for the track.

Lesson log
How car lessons work, start to finish
Four steps. Most people go from first call to first lesson inside a week; how long to the road test depends on you, and we will tell you honestly.
- Day 1 · about 10 min
First call
Call or send the booking form. We ask what you have driven before, what makes you nervous, which car you want to learn in and when you are free. Then we suggest a plan and a price, in writing.
- Before lesson 1
Permit check
You need a valid learner’s permit (Ohio calls it a temporary instruction permit, or TIPIC) before you drive with us. Bring the card itself. Under 18? A parent or guardian signs our consent form first.
- Week 1
First lesson
We pick you up from home, school or work. The first fifteen minutes happen in an empty lot: seat, mirrors, pedals, steering. Town streets come when you are ready, not before.
- When the log says so
Road test
Your instructor writes up every lesson. When the log shows you are ready, we run a mock road test on the roads around the test site, then you take the real driving test in our dual-control car.

The pass figure is our own count from our 2025 lesson log: students who took the Ohio road test in a Dashline car, and how many passed on the first attempt (80%). It is not a state statistic. Pass your road test in our car, or your next road test prep session is free.
